With artificial intelligence (A.I.) being used for everything from automating menial office tasks to generating art and fiction (which is a point of contention for a lot of people. Not me, though. If it means people can use it to enhance their creativity or be creative despite physical, neurological, or psychological boundaries, then I'm all for it), I decided to create a blog-based limited-run series showing how these changes in technology are both good and bad.
The main story: an A.I. system called "The Hollywood 3000" has been set up to take classic films (in this case, the 1937 animated Disney film, Snow White and the Seven Dwarves) and warp them to the desires of today's viewers, who may not know or understand the deeper, layered meanings of most past works and only want instant gratification and to right what they feel is wrong in fiction in a desperate attempt to not feel as powerless as they do in the real world.
Think of this as a mix between a YouTube poop, a reaction video for people who are seeing a popular past movie for the first time, and a less pretentious visual performance art piece (I went to art school, so I would know from experience).
